Content Policy

What you may upload

• Photos of yourself.
• Photos of other adults who agreed to be in the video.
• Photos of pets and other animals.

You confirm this each time you start a video.

Not allowed

• Anyone under 18, in any photo or video.
• Nudity or sexual content of any kind.
• Politicians, and other public figures or celebrities who haven't agreed.
• Impersonation meant to deceive: videos presented as real footage of someone, or used for fraud, scams or false endorsements.
• Harassment, bullying, hate or content that targets people for who they are.
• Violence, self-harm or anything illegal.
• Photos you don't have the right to use.

How we keep it safe

We run strict safety checks on everything that goes in and everything that comes out: the photos and text you submit, and the images, lyrics and videos we generate. Anything that breaks this policy is stopped.

If a photo or your text is rejected before a video starts, no credits are taken. If a video is stopped later, its credits go back to your balance.

No check is perfect. If you think something was rejected by mistake, write to us.

Consequences

We may refuse or delete content that breaks this policy, and suspend or close accounts that break it repeatedly or seriously. Content involving minors is reported where the law requires it.

Posting your videos

Videos are AI-generated. When you post one, say so and turn on the platform's AI label where there is one. Don't present it as real.

Reporting a video or asking for a takedown

If a video made with YoAIRap shows you without your consent, or breaks this policy, email support@yoairap.com with:

• a link to where the video is posted, or a description of it,
• why it should be removed (for example: it shows you, or it shows a minor),
• how we can reach you.

We reply within 5 business days. If the video was made on our service, we delete it from our storage, and suspend the account where appropriate. We can't remove copies posted on other platforms ourselves, but we can confirm the video is AI-generated to help you report it there.

We will post changes on this page and update the date above.
