What YoAIRap collects, why, who processes your photos and videos, how long we keep them, and how to delete everything.

Summary
- Photos stay on your device until you sign in, tick the consent box and start a video.
- Uploaded photos are deleted automatically 7 days after upload. You can delete your videos at any time, and your whole account on the Account page.
- We send your photos and text only to the mainstream AI API service providers we use to make and check your video, and they have strict privacy policies of their own. We don't sell your data and don't use it to train models.
What we collect

Payment card details go straight to our payment provider; we never see or store them.
Who processes your data
We use these providers, each only for its task:

We choose established AI API providers and may change them as the service grows. They handle data under their own strict privacy and data protection policies, and use what we send only to provide their service to us. If you want copies they hold deleted, write to us and we will ask them.
How long we keep it
- Uploaded photos: deleted automatically 7 days after upload, or earlier when you delete the video they were used for, or your account.
- Your videos: until you delete them or your account.
- Safety check results (pass or reason for rejection, never the photo itself): kept to handle abuse and appeals.
- Order records: kept as long as tax law requires, without your name or email once your account is deleted.
Your choices and rights
- Delete any video on its template page under "My videos". Its photos are deleted with it.
- Delete your account on the Account page. Your photos and videos are removed from our storage right away, and your account details are erased.
- Ask for a copy of your data or a correction by writing to support@yoairap.com.
- Depending on where you live, you may have further rights (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), including to object or to complain to a data protection authority.
Safety checks
To keep the service safe, we run strict safety checks on what goes in (your photos and text) and what comes out (the images, lyrics and videos we generate). Content that doesn't pass is not used further. See the Content Policy.
Cookies
We use cookies that are needed to keep you signed in and remember your language. We may also use analytics to measure how the site is used; where the law requires your consent, we ask for it in a cookie banner first.
Children
YoAIRap is for people aged 18 and over. Photos of anyone under 18 are not allowed and are rejected when detected.
International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country. We use providers that protect it with appropriate safeguards.

We will post changes on this page and update the date above.
